About

This is me

My name is Gus Town. I’m a game designer, generalist developer, producer, and technical artist with years of experience in Unity, coding, effects creation, writing, and photo editing.

In my free time I love to learn new things, watch movies, listen to sad cowboy music, hike, cook, try new foods, pick up odd talents, and go on adventures. I’ve been to a village of 11 people for carrot cake, used to teach pontoon sailing, have my Ontario mosquito exterminator license, dabbled in medieval European sword fighting, and like to make friends from all over the world — This photo was taken by an Italian man I met then hiked the black sand fjord in Saksun, Streymoy with in the Faroe Islands. I had the pleasure of introducing him to beef jerky.

So far my work experience has been everywhere from fixing shopping cart security systems, to special education, and adademic research surveys.
